My Performance Pitstop was started in 2010 by Samantha Caine and Kevin Fox, experts in recruitment, training and graduate development who also run a highly successful business consultancy, helping organisations around the world to both recruit and train their existing staff to achieve outstanding results.

With over 40 years of experience between them, working in a variety of small and large national and international businesses, Kevin and Samantha have streamlined all of their knowledge and expertise into a series of guides that contain everything that you need to know to develop your skills in your chosen area.

What makes these guides different to others, is that they have been written by people who really know what employers are looking for. The authors have worked on both sides of the fence and have used their understanding to make sure that the key things that employers want are presented to you in an easy to access way, meaning that that you can take full control of your personal development.....after all, the best way to unlock someone’s potential is to give them the key to do the unlocking themselves!

Samantha Caine

Samantha Caine is the Managing Director of My Performance Pitstop and has over 15 years experience working as a strategic training and recruitment expert for a variety of international organisations.

She has worked in a variety of training roles and as Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager for both Mars Inc. and Tesco, who are two of the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers.  More recently she has worked for Business Linked Teams Ltd. where she has played an integral role as the Lead Consultant for the Association Graduate Recruiters (AGR), responsible for developing and delivering the AGR Standard Practitioner Development programme – now considered the gold standard of accreditation and training for graduate recruiters from around the globe.

Samantha has a degree in Business and HR Management and is a fully qualified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Kevin Fox

Kevin Fox

Kevin Fox has over 25 years experience in the HR and Training and Development arena.  He is responsible for leading a team of consultants and project managers to work with a range of international clients to design and deliver a range of advanced training and career development programmes around the world.

Kevin works across a number of sectors including; Service, IT, Manufacturing, Retail, Government and Engineering. Within these industries, he works at all levels and in all business functions including Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Finance. 

Kevin is accredited to use a range of strategic tools and techniques, including classic psychometric profiling and the Whole Brain HBDI profiling tool. He uses action based and accelerated learning to deliver his unique approach to development.  Kevin’s programmes are focused on enhancing business performance through personal development and the need to achieve business objectives.  Kevin regularly applies his approach to learning and development to provide direction and consultancy on a range of strategic business development initiatives.

Kevin is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and holds a number of accreditations for different business tools.
