All of our guides are Digital Rights Management (DRM) free, this means that you can transfer your purchased guides to any device you own that can display PDF files, for example a smartphone, tablet, ebook reader or laptop. Unlike some other file formats DRM free files cannot be remotely disabled by the supplier once downloaded, therefore we are unable to offer refunds after you have downloaded the guide.

If you have a technical issue that is stopping you from downloading the file please contact My Performance Pitstop Customer Services where we help you with your download or process a refund on a case by case basis.

Our guides are delivered as a downloadble file. It's important to save your guide to your hard drive so that you can access it at anytime - even if you are not connected to the internet. Once you have the guide on your computer you can print it off or save where you need to so that you can access wherever you are.
